Dr Billharz delivered our twins in April 2012, and was our OB throughout. He has an easy going yet thorough manner, speaks pretty good Spanish, and we always felt like he listened to us and our concerns/questions. We would highly recommend him as a caring health professional! The nurses were always very nice and friendly too... he will be my wife's OB/GYN for as long as we live in the greater KC area. (We were also very pleased with our C-Section, the scar was smaller than expected and everything went great!)
