This is the most unprofessional group of panicked clowns. My car payment is due on the 28th, with a late payment date of the 5th, so I obviously have a track record of paying it on the first - which they would see if they had any sense. By the 29th, they are sending me voice mails from 3 different phone numbers, text messages and now are calling my references. Run from Liberty Bank - they're stupid and paranoid. I've considered opening a checking account there, but they won't get any more of my business and I'll deter anyone I come in contact with.
