Very disappointed in Perfix' price and service. given a "bid" of $210 dollars to install a drinking water system and told it would take around 3 hours.Another company had told me that it would probably take 2 hours and would be 100/hour so that's 200.I agreed to the 210 in 3 hours. different man came to do it and admitted it was the first time he had done this and his english was "not that good" (his words) so he had a hard time reading the instruction guide and he didn't correctly answer my question. Under 1 hour (not 3) and I was still charged 210 after contacting the "boss," with whom I had met the previous day. Maybe that's policy--to not pay by hour but the service but really, a guy who had never done it before. I think 100 dollars, even 150, would've been a smarter business decision, than to have a dissatisfied customer. Wish I would've gone with a home repair man who had done odd things around the house for several hours for $40,since I didn't get someone experienced anyhow.
