My husband and I visited Lowes recently. Asked assistance from a sales associate since we were interested in buying some lawn furniture and the price was not marked on the item we were looking at. The sales person briefly acknowledged us, never stopped, just kept walking, pushing a cart. They never returned to find out what we wanted or to help us.

My husband and I recently had the opportunity to speak with" Beau " when looking for blinds. He was very knowledgeable & honest, and overall just very helpful. Maybe more like more people used to be.
