Reviews
I would give no stars if I could. I’ll hate writing a bad review for a place my family and I have loved and visited many times as this was one of my favorite places to come and buy neat and beautiful things I have had great customer service in the past until today as my daughters and came to do some shopping I was enjoying the day and talking as we walked in the door that was already opened I did not hear the owner tell me to shut the door originally he told my daughter, but she knew I was right behind her as she said for me to close I did not hear her either, as I was reading all the signs trying to make sure that was nothing pertaining to COVID rules. As I get past the counter my daughter told me the owner was mad and said rude ugly things and was cursing because I didn’t shut the door that was already open, so I went back up to apologize and was harassed by the owner and told me to leave and I told him over and over that I was sorry I didn’t hear and then he threatened to call the authorities. Needless to say I was speechless and floored I have been checked out by the owner on several occasions I have never seen him act like this. I was very hurt and sadden as I won’t be shopping there again as this was hurtful and very unprofessional as a business owner. I was embarrassed then as we left my daughter stepped in cat poop and I had to clean it off their shoes before we got back into the car.

We use to love coming here but the last few times I could not enjoy browsing due to the very fragrant candles burning throughout the store. I have asthma and the very strong odor triggers an attack. My clothes and my hair are saturated with this smell now. I asked why they had to burn the candles and was told it was to cover up the cat smell. I would rather smell the cats or better yet keep the customers and lose the cats.
