We are a just a small bake shop serving light lunches and sweet baked goods almost everyday. Locally owned and family operated. Lisa our owner started life out in Cleveland Texas in the mid-70s. As a young girl she was very close to her grandfather Melvin. Melvin had been a shipyard worker for most of his life and always had his coffee black, when it was time for another cup you would often hear someone asks, "hey Melvin how about another Cuppa Cuppa?" It became somewhat a parody mongst family and friends and Lisa felt like we couldn't help but name the place Cuppa Cuppa. In the late nineties after living in the West Tennessee area for several years Lisa finally married a local boy, he also drinks his coffee black and knowing what a good cook she is, when confronted with the option to start this Cafe / Bakery he didn't hesitate to be all in.
