The owner of this business came to our home for a repair estimate. For the next few months we called weekly to see when he would come to repair our unit.It was one excuse after another and we spent the entire summer with NO AIR CONDITIONING! !! We could have called another repair service, but Mr.Blankenship set the estimate for the check issued amount (direct tv rep dropped a wrench in my central air conditioning and damagedit) No one else was willing to complete repairs for that amount . Secretary finally called in September. ..to say someone would be there to fix our unit..Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone!

I recently had a horrible experience with a company out of Memphis TN, (M&W Heating and Air) and was left with a brand new unit that didn't work properly, an electrical fire hazard, and inferior duct materials and Blankenship Heat and Air came out, assessed the situation and fixed everything in two days. I am so impressed with the professionalism, quality of product, quality of work, and over all feeling that they care. I would and will recommend there services to anyone and everyone needing a new install, repair, or maintenance highly! Their communication is excellent. They have got to be rated the highest in the business for all areas of, quality, communication and expertise.
