I can't say enough wonderful things about the salon!!! All the stylist truly care about the customers. I always enjoy getting my hair done here, and enjoy my friendship that I have developed with these ladies. I know that when I leave I have had an enjoyable experience, and my hair looks amazing. I would never go anywhere else, but here! All the ladies are extremely talented, professional, and actually care about their customers. I've been going to Lindsay, the owner, for years, and I always get compliments on my hair. I have nothing but the best to say about this salon!!!

I've been a customer of steel magnolias salon for years. I have always left happy and loving my hair. The girls always greet me with a smile and make me feel beautiful and pampered. They defiantly go out of their way for their customers and make me feel very welcome.

I've been a client for over a year, always early, sometimes waited, been asked to reschedule, spent more than I should, and forgot my first appointment today. I called a half hour later to try to reschedule and was treated rudely and told I had to pay the full $160. I mailed it, cancelled all my remaining appointments and will find someone else who values my loyalty. It's never a good sign when stylists gossip about clients around you because you know they are doing the same about you. Definitely a lack of professionalism and respect for clients.
