      They are nice people, but very slow to follow up once the sale has been made and do not return calls when there is a problem.

      purchased an in ground pool in 2010, there was about a week delay but after construction began a very smoothe process. Everyone from the sales person to the construction managers were available for questions or concerns I had. Recommend highly.
