I have lived in probably 8 apartment complexes/apartments and I cannot say enough bad things about this apartment complex. First, you only get to see the model and the actual apartment looks nothing like the model, the carpet was filthy, the stove was filthy, the garbage disposal and dishwasher smelled like throw up no matter how many times I cleaned it AND the walls are stucco, meaning they are not smooth so forget using those 3M picture hangers to avoid damaging the walls. There is a security gate but it NEVER works so what's the point. The staff is NEVER available, if you go into the office to speak to someone be prepared to sit and wait awhile and they never answer the phone and do not return to calls. The garbage was always piled up outside of the dumpster down the sidewalk to the street ? always. Also, be sure to read the entire contract, it?s a little different than the ones I've signed in the past.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My wife and I thought we had found affordable housing for a reasonable price, we were wrong. First of all, the management here is terrible. They have promised and failed to correct the following ongoing issues. First, people using the stairwells as a smoking / hangout area. We can smell the smoke in our living room as well as the noise of the "party" atmosphere. Constant slamming of exterior doors, so violently that the dishes in our cabinets rattle. Dog poop all over the common areas. Having only one trash dumpster for the entire complex and it is a compactor that often breaks down so there always seems to be a mountain of trashbags stacked up next to it. The front security gate that is offered as an ammenity has operated exactly 1 month out of the past 12.
