Great environment and the workers are so sweet and helpful!!

Are soya sauce (carbs 1g and sugars 1g) and paakgced stir fry seasoning (carbs 4g and sugars 2g) all right to use? I am new at this and being ultra careful. Also, I always have a hard time figuring out what spices to use for a stir fry, so until now I have always used the paakgced variety. I`m avoiding them now, but my cooking is suffering!!! Thanks for your help.
