The appointment was made quickly and to my convenience, the installers called before arriving and were on time. They were polite and did a very nice job and the carpet looked great. On the downside, this was unoccuplied rental property and I found when they left that they had left every light on in the house and the heat was turned up as high as it could go and the front door was open during the entire installation. (approx 4 hours). Although I would definitely recommend them, I would recommend watching the thermostat.
