We moved to Dr. Murphys practice from a large vet office where we felt basically lost in the crowd. Our experience at BVH was exactly the opposite from the start. It was such a pleasure to see Dr. Murphy and to have him actually remember us and our pets! The care we received was always excellent and the staff was readily available to answer questions. Dr. Murphy always took special effort in dealing with my very, very shy Lily Belle which included sitting on the floor with her and being extra gentle with her during exams. We have now moved out of state and the search is on for a new vet. So far, no one even comes close. We will miss all of you at BVH!!
