I moved into an apartment complex, and had to go to the PO to ask for the keys. They charged me $15.00 for the keys and a week later, I have no keys. Every day when I go in they tell me the keys are being made up "today". A package was mailed priority mail from Maine a week ago, and I think it is sitting in my box, but I can't get to it because I have no keys. On top of that, the package contains meds that probably shouldn't be sitting in a mailbox for a week. Unbelievably poor service, and no attempt to remediate themselves.
