Founded in 1972, Greater Baden Medical Services is a federally qualified health center that serves the residents of Prince George, Charles and St. Mary counties in Maryland. The center offers case management, physical examination and healthy lifestyle education programs. It provides diagnostic testing, mental health and laboratory services. Greater Greater Baden Medical Services offers child immunization, dental care, and disease prevention and treatment programs. The center provides a supplemental nutritional program for women, infants and children. In addition, it offers HIV care, medication administration, dental care and emergency drug assistance services. With a location in Brandywine, Md., Greater Greater Baden Medical Services is accredited by The Joint Commission.
