I have been at Lexington Health Care on two different occasions. Each time I received excellent care. The therapy department was exceptional and I was able to return to my home stronger and able to care for myself. I would recommend Lexington Health Care for anyone needing short term rehab.

One of the best facilities to come to if you need rehab. The staff are wonderful, the facility is clean, and smells good all the time. The food is wonderful, & prepared daily from scratch. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I would rate the facility as 5 star! The nursing staff gave me excellent care! And, the food is wonderful! Rooms were clean and neat, overall care was great! I came to Lexington Healthcare for short term rehab and had excellent results from the rehab staff! The PT staff encouraged me to progress and once I decided to follow their advice, I did see results, my confidence in my abilities grew and I am able to walk out of the facility and return home!
