Tim came and only finished part of the job - took my money and never came back. He is a thief and poor business man. He should be arrested.

Called Tim early in the morning looking for a water fill valve for my maytag washer. Tim responded very quickly(less than 5 minutes) and was very friendly. He looked up the part for me and informed me that he did not have the product in stock, then went out of his way to call around local shops to help find the piece. After none of them had it in stock either he referred me to a couple other vendors and even helped me locate one closer to where I work at in Charlotte. This whole ordeal took less than 15 minutes from start to end, very friendly, fast and great service. Will do more business with him if I ever need anything else.!!

Worst customer service in Lexington.NC. Nerver called back and nerver fixed appliance.

He showed up earlier then he said to fix the drier. Took about 20 min to fix it and the bill was very reasonable. Will definitely be calling him again.

I had tim come out to look at my microwave. it was showing a f2 code he had it fixed in no time. his bill was un real i will use him for all my repairs
