      General Info

      A1 Cottage Rentals has been renting out cottages since 1998 and accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, money orders and checks. Rates begin at $125 per night - $180 per night (2 night minimum) depending on the view of the lake, season and the cottage. Late June, July and August are rented by the week only (Friday to Friday). Exception: If the cottage hasn't been rented within 10 days of arrival date, then we will rent for less than a week. Please visit each cottage for more details and photos

      A1 Cottage Rentals provides clean, affordable cottages with gorgeous views of Lake Huron! The beach is only a few feet away. 6 of our cottages are on 100' of private beach and 4 acres. The cottages sleep 2-8 people depending on the cottage. Cottages have use of our fire pit on the beach at the north cottages. A1 Cottages south of town each have their own fire pit.

      Location
      A1 Cottage Rentals (north) are located 3 3/4 miles north of the Lexington light. A1 Cottage Rentals (south) are located 4 miles south of the Lexington light. We are listed on Google, yahoo and Mapquest.
      Amenities
      We provide fully equipped kitchens including stoves, full refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, dishes, pots, pans, cups, glasses, serving bowls, silverware and more! Living rooms have couches, chairs, cable TV, DVD player (most) and a stereo or radio. Each cottage has a gas fireplace or furnace, deck, patio, or porch. A gas BBQ grill or charcoal BBQ grill is provided at each cottage for your convenience. A1 Cottages each have an outdoor table and chairs. Pets are permitted with permission from the
