The firm's origin dates back to the early 1970's. In 1988, Dave Yoshida, a minority partner in that firm, bought out the firm's founder. The two owners have created a professional organization, which revolves around the team. Team turnover is low, as each person is treated as a professional and empowered to make decisions. Effective January 1, 2007, Yoshida, Croyle & Sokolski, PC has changed their name to Yoshida & Sokolski, PC.
