Provided by YP.comI was very happy with the service I was provided by Stanley Steamer. They were on time, called to confirm their arrival, efficient, and they educated me on other services they will be offering soon for duct cleaning. My couch looks brand new after being cleaned. I will be using them again in the future.

Provided by YP.comThese guys did a great job! I was going to flip a coin Stanley Steam or Coit? My deciding factor was head's for Stanley Steamers. I'm very pleased with everything from my first contact making the appointment to the crew ( Miguel G. & Jonathan W. )
Right on time, these guys are hard workers and pro-formed an excellent service!
You guy's ROCK...... Job completed 6/12/12

Provided by YP.comI scheduled a carpet cleaning with an appt time frame of 10-2. Dispatch called me at 12:22 to say the I should be expecting the crew in 20 minutes. One guy arrived at 12:45 and had 2 bedrooms, a living room and a dining room to complete. One guy did the cleaning and moved the furniture by himself. Since having one guy to clean a house's carpet is abnormal, I asked why he was alone and he stated that there were some employees that left the week/weekend prior and they were short staffed. The cleaning took a little longer than expected. I waited until the carpet was dry to check to see how the job was and noticed that there was a corner behind a chair that wasn't touched that had milk residue on it. I called Stanely Steemer and requested that they come out and re-do the spot, as carpet cleaning is not that cheap. I had an appt set up with the same time slot of 10-2p and asked if they could note that I would like it to be within the first 2 hours due to losing not one, but 2 days of work and the customer care rep acknowledged and added that note. I waited from 10-2p and didn't hear a thing. I called Stanley Steemer at 2:15p and asked where the crew was and the cust. care rep contacted the dispatcher, who at the same time called me, and said that the crew is on their way. The lady told me that they were having GPS problems. I asked her what our order showed as far as any customer requests and she said that there was a note saying that the customer requests arrival time before 12. The crew of 2 showed up at 2:30p not realizing that they were late. I asked if they were running behind during the day and one agent said that they just received the order moments ago. The crew was very nice and apologetic not only for the disappointing job the first agent did, but also for the company's behalf on being outside the time window given. I don't know who's fault it is and wasn't given an answer. Whether the dispatcher transmits jobs to the crews in the field or whether they receive a list before they leave the office, someone is at fault and it's extremely disappointing to have wasted not just the 4 hours for the job window, but also an hour after that due to someone messing up. This is not the first issue we had with Stanley Steemer. Last year we were persuaded to purchase a package of 3 cleanings with the agent saying that we could choose any 2 rooms for each of those cleanings, which I found out wasn't true when I called for the next cleaning. Next, for the cleaning earlier in the year we had a crew here that broke a wall lamp and said nothing about it. I found it out later that evening and they had the supervisors come out. The lights were replaced. I wish the crew would have told us before we found out, but they failed to and just continued on their way.
