I only gave 4 stars because they don't do business with "individuals"; in other words they only work with businesses. Other than that, these guys are great and knowledgable. I was pleased to have my questions answered easily, with no sense that they thought I was stupid or a mark to be taken. I felt like they sincerely wanted to make sure that I had the right equipment for the job, that the product was economical, and that I understood how to get what I needed out of the equipment. They keep a decent amount of stock on hand, and can get something you need usually within one day. If it's CAT5/6 or audio cable or specialty heat shrink tubing, or phone system racks and jacks and coax tools and fittings, specialty testing equipment or standard tools for the trade, these guys are a great place to start. It has been a pleasure doing business with them.
