I could not be happier than doing business with this car dealership and their sales and management. The deal I received was fantastic, and the trade in price was also fair. The warranty on the car worked beautifully when required, and the sale and inter-state tax and paperwork were handled with attention to detail and accuracy. I drove all the way from Minnesota to buy the car, and I would not hesitate to do business with this dealer again--and I HATE dealing with some car salespeople as well!

Quantrell's Service Department charged me almost $3000 for repairs and one of the problems was not fixed in any way, it took two times as long as they promised, and even when the "repair" was complete I had trouble picking up my car. The car in question I had purchased from Quantrell just a few months beforehand. So it had the problem when I purchased it. This business ripped me off in every way possible, gave terrible customer service, and I cannot recommend them in any way.
