The guys did a great job with a complicated problem. It took a lot of work but when they were finished everything was fixed and seems to work great. Great job.

I was invited in for a promotion. They were able to schedule me to come in on black Friday. They informed me well ahead of time that it would take several hours to service my vehicle, which was nice as I could make plans to do things while waiting and arrange alternate transportation. I guess you could say they were very good at communicating.

The service people were very efficient and well organized, very professional. They not only made me a perfect key for my Ford Ranger, but washed my truck and gave me a cold bottle of water before leaving. The ladies at the Thunderbird Cafe, were great as well, I am vegetarian, and they cleaned their skillet after making burgers and made me a delicious grilled cheese. Very happy with the service!!!
