Modern did nothing for me they never fix anything my house was a fire hazerd and the apt was not ready when I moved in I will never rent from then again. It was a fight to get them to fix my apt when I moved in and it was not nice in no means

They may do a good job with managing your property but if your a tenant my advice to you woud be to run and run fast!!! If I owned a property there is NO WAY I would list with them. They are horrible at taking care of anything. They cause more damage than they do fixing things. My apartment was flooding and they waited 48 hours to resolve the problem. They do not follow fair housing laws and currently they are breaking federal laws with providing things for disabled tenants.
