This company is a family business and they are a bunch of crooks who feed their drug habits.They unlock cars and take out the passes and then charge students to pay for their cars.If DOT would go drug test their drivers this business would be shut down. I worked there for awhile and have seen so much Shady Stuff go on. Hey Patty going to church on Sunday won't help you with all the dirt you've done through the years. Your family has no choice but to work for you cause they could never make it at a REAL job!! One day Karma will get you and I'll be laughing my butt off.Stay away from these crooks. Don't park at McDonald's on limestone or at the lot at Lucky's market they have spotters there.

Outrageous price!!!!! $120.00 For 7.7 Mile. Had a busted ball joint they said was the extra cost. I even helped with it. Said they even gave me a 7 dollar break. Lol.

What a horrible company. They are rude, unprofessional and oppressive. They have started preying on the UK students that remain in Lexington KY for the summer. I will not enter any business that posts a Metro Towing sign on their lot. Lexington should have more pride than to allow such a thuggish business to operate in the city. We will not attract a convention market with a company such as Metro Towing operating in the city limits.

Metro saved us after sitting on the side of the road for 2 hours waiting for National HOG Roadside assistance to get us help. We finally started making our own phone calls. I have a BIG Harley Dresser that had a front wheel bearing issue. John was so careful making sure my bike was safe... not one scratch. And he came at 11pm on Sat, when nobody else would. Definitely recommend to all my friends! These guys are awesome!

Metro towing was the only towing company that would tow our boat trailer on a Sunday morning when the axle wheel end came apart. Other companies either would not answer their phone, or they would answer, but were unwilling to help us until the following Monday. John at Metro Towing was very friendly & attentive to our needs. He showed a great deal of compassion & did everything he could to help us out. Metro Towing will be highly recommended by me to anyone needing a tow. These guys are great! Thank you Metro Towing!

My car was towed from a practically abandoned grocery store parking lot with terrible illegible and battered signage and after my husband had paid the fee to release the vehicle, we were told we had no right to the towing report. We were treated rudely, and after my husband only traded choice words with the woman at the window over the ridiculousness of it all, told to leave without receiving our change due or receipt. I finally managed to get them to let me back on the property to do so and retrieve my car, but they even denied our request to the police, which we called because it is your right to obtain any report, ticket, or invoice, for any service you are to pay for. These guys camp out and watch for cars to tow, and basically treat you like scum. I think it is due to their having to deal with so many people, but honsetly, there is no need to be so horrible to people.

My son was in the Lexington area and had trouble putting on his spare tire. I called Metro at 9:20am and they had him fixed in 30 minutes. Great job and fast service.
