Lexington Community Land Trust is a membership non-profit organization that creates and stewards permanently affordable for-sale and rental housing in Fayette County. We serve income-qualified families wishing to pursue affordable homeownership. Our 14 rental homes are managed by AU management. Families interested in renting must be income-qualified and rental prices are a flat fee no matter what income level. Housing Choice Vouchers are accepted at our rental units.
