We have lived at a home leased with this company for over 2 years. This company will try to nickel and dime you out of every cent they can get. When we moved in our house they refused to replace the dirty, torn up carpet, and it was obvious it had not been cleaned. They only fix things that they are required by law to keep up. A good friend of mine actually signed a lease with them and put down a deposit. A week before they were suppose to move they informed them the current tenant was not moving out and they had no place to live. Upon giving our 30 day notice they tried to claim that we had to continue paying them our monthly rent because we had renewed our lease. Actually we had been renting month to month for a good 6 months without a clause in our lease. They expect us to have the carpets cleaned upon moving out and we have to paint the house...Oh and they keep $100 of your deposit for "administrative fees". Too bad there are limited words to this review, Not worth the hassle
