I have never had such a bad experience with a company as I have had with Cricket. When I signed up, I received 2 months for free. My phone was cut off not once, but twice for non payment. It took serveral calls to a) try to reach someone and b) try to get someone to understand what I was talking about. Every month there was a new charge on my phone, and like I mentioned earlier, trying to reach someone is near impossible. I cancelled my service over a week ago and I am still waiting for a refund, which I was told it be up to 72 hours. I will never get another phone with them, nor recommend them.
