Tommy also stays on top of my vehicles service records (because I've got enough to keep track of!) and informs & advises me honestly as to what my vehicle has always needed 'now' and what to expect as far as repairs down the road. His equipment is so advanced, he can SHOW me exactly what I need and where it's needed! With proof like that, I'm never afraid to be sold something that's not needed. I've never had to worry about getting anything but honestly & respect from Tommy and his guys! This makes me as a woman & a mom very confident about ALWAYS bringing my cars here!

Misrepresented how long it would take to fix our brakes. The owner was condescending and rude, especially once he was informed that we were from out of town. Exact words as my wife left were "Good luck." I do not know how this place has stayed in business if this is how customers are treated by, of all people, the owner.

I highly recommend Covey's Auto. They fixed my 1992 Dodge Dakota truck recently in a timely manner and the service and workmanship was excellent ! I am a woman and they did not talk down to me or over my head with senseless car jargon. They listened to me. I could tell they were interested in me totally understanding what needed to be done and made sure I understood the problem and what parts needed to be replaced and the labor which needed to be provided by them concerning my A/C - heater fan motor.

As a single parent with one in college and another shortly behind,I can't afford to go to the dealer for my Mercedes and after getting ripped off and lied to by Greg Scheller (who I find out is a former dealer tech) just left me heartbroken.As I am driving to work one day I hear Coveys on the radio with a 99 dollar Benz service, after stopping in and meeting Tommy and Mike I was so thrilled how well they treated me!And now a couple years later,they have earned not only my business, but my family and friends as well.I love the way Mike greets me with a handshake ( which as a woman never happens) and makes me feel great by not talking over my head,and puts things in perspective for me.So give these guys a try and you will never have to go anywhere else for true customer service and honest work! You would have a hard time finding a more genuine and honest repair shop anywhere. Covey's took the time to talk to me about the issues Iwas having , they did not talk down to me like most shops do to women and their diagnosis was spot on for the repair. I recieved an estimate from Schellers Auto and Covey"s beat their $800 estimate by $225. I would recommend Covey's to everyone I know. Thank you Covey's its nice to know there actually is an honest repair shop in Lexington.

Covey's auto is the best. They have taken care of both small issues and large. Always honest and fair. Prices much lower than the dealers offer.

My Brother told me about Covey's I've used them for my truck and my wife's car for years . Now my Daughters use him, we've always been Pleased and Fairly Treated by Tommy and His Staff and I don't plan on going anywere else.

I am not the type to write a bad review, UNLESS it's REALLY BAD.....Suffice it to say, I will never consider ever taking my Mercedes to these guys again. Those clowns did not have a clue what they were looking at under my hood - I found out they sent it elsewhere for repair, but acted like they did the work. After further investigation, I learned all of the the Mercedes guys left this shop. Furthermore, I also learned that they advertise that they are Toyota Specialists as well - not one of them is Toyota certified either! This man is a joke! I don't know who he thinks he is trying to fool - eventually he will be found out - it's just a matter of time!

My previous mechanic for my Mercedes had become unreliable so I decided to give Covey's a try. And I was super pleased I did. Tommy and Mike were straight forward, diagnosed several problems I was experiencing, and repaired my 300SEL very quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I would absolutely recommend Covey's to anyone, not just Mercedes owners!!

My family's used Covey Automotive for decades. When my grandfather took his car to the former mechanic (the senior Mr. Covey), he was always extremely satisfied. As soon as I became old enough to need a mechanic, the senior Mr. Covey retired and his son took over. I was always extremely satisfied as well. My hubby's taken care of our car's for the last 12 yrs, but we find ourselves needing a mechanic once again. Guess who we had to check out 1st before going anywhere else? Haven't even spoken w/them yet, and already know that (unless something has drastically changed) we'll prob be taking our car to Covey and, as always, be extremely satisfied. Covey's Automotive provides the type of service you'd be comfortable using for yourself, your elderly loved one and even your newest driver. Oh no.... Just realized my son will need them in only a year and a half! At least he'll be in the best of hands!

We've taken our vehicle's to Covey's for years and the service has always been excellent. They always call to let us know what's wrong with the vehicle before they fix it and let us know how much it will cost. They do wonderful work and have always stood behind their work. Would recommend them to anyone.

Coveys was the greatest place I could have chosen to take my car. Being in college it is tough to dish out a lot of money and their prices were great! Less than a full day I had my car back and in awesome condition! The staff is very friendly and willing to help. I will definitely continue going to coveys.

I was very pleased with my service at Covey's. They did a good job, the cost was low, and they got me back on the road quickly. The mechanics were very knowledgeable, and I felt extremely comfortable leaving my car in their hands. I plan on going back to Covey's in the future, and would encourage others to do the same. Great service, fast service, great people, and great price. What else do you need?

These guys take care of my 3 MBs. Excellent team of knowledgable MB cars mechanics. Greg Scheller is always easy and super to work with. Great alternative to the MB dealership ! Even provide shuttle service just like James.
