Bell Engineering provides geographical information system and global positioning system mapping, sanitary sewer flow monitoring and evaluation, surveying, geotechnical, construction inspection and lab services, as well as determining land, hillside or roadway suitability. The company has drilling equipment and soil and rock analyzing capabilities, as well as the resources to certify water chemical residual or wastewater sludge properties testing. Bell Engineering has the staff and equipment to monitor collection systems and locate the problematic areas, such as raw sewage overflows and wastewater treatment capacities due to inflow and infiltration problems. The company maintains its headquarters in Lexington, Ky.
