I purchased a washing machine from them a year ago. Was told there was nothing wrong with it. When I tried to contact Ms. Shirley to request a repair because it was making a noise I never recieved a response. Supposedly I had a 90 day warranty, but they never answered my calls. This noise was hit or miss till a couple of weeks ago, and it started and never stopped. When the repairman came, he tells us this machine was damaged in shipping and had never worked properly, which I knew because my clothes were never cleaned good, but could not afford to just run out and buy a new machine. He also said there was no way the seller could not have known about the problem. So yes, they are VERY DISHONEST!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Very dishonest sellers. They sell broken items and mark them as gently used. I tried to take back a washing machine and they refused to give me my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY ! F RATED!
