Horrible experience!! RUN!! Denaye was great until we hired her. Then once the work started she could not ever be reached. Never came to the house to check on how things were going. Would not ever answer her phone. The work was ok., but when we had problems she was mia. We had to hire other workers to come in and finish work that her workers did not complete. The entire job was supposed to take 2 weeks. It took her 6 weeks to finish. Then after we settled on a monetary amount that was LESS than the original agreed upon price because i refused to pay her fthe full amount, she waited almost a year and then filed a mechanics lien on my house for $704!!! Not worth are many other reviews online that mimic mine...Look elsewhere, it's not worth it!!! Also, she offers her customers a 10% discount if they leave her 3 positive reviews!!

i.e., A local favorite, or highlyFirst Rate!!!!!!! We had Tile & Marble install granite in our kitchen and do a custom backsplash design. Daneya was incredible knowledgeable and helpful in putting this together for us (at no charge). Having a designer, fabricator & owner assist your personally is very rare. Take advantage of their specials and they were ready within 2days, unheard of! I would recommend them to everyone and use them again for sure. recommended because

The tile that I purchased was reasonably priced BUT the seller sold me 5 extra bags of grout mix that I did not need for this job. The product was promised to come in the following week that I paid for the order and it was delayed for weeks. Then not all of the product was delivered on the same day. Luckily, I checked what was delivered and noticed there were missing boxes. Then there was a delay getting the missing product. I eventually had to get my own contractor to pick up the tile (which was sitting on the floor at the manufacturer's warehouse... in my case, Tile and Marble Clearinghouse told me that it was not even in stock). The seller and owner gave me a runaround about product availability, and delivery hold ups. The seller made several convincing promises but none of which was kept. Even one local flooring manufacturer's warehouse have heard about their business practices and was not surprised to hear about my situation. Customer service was not professional and I felt awful
