The Yankee Candle Company

I have only recently started shopping at Yankee Candle Lewisville (three visits in September and November of 2013 and January 2014) and have found many reasons to like shopping there and return regularly. The product is superior in appearance and scent to most of the candles I have bought elsewhere. I found a number of unique fragrances I enjoy every day that I can't find elsewhere. The service is outstanding. I dealt with Taylor and James and found them to be well informed on their products and available promotions and very willing to ensure I get the best possible deal including combining my store purchase with some candles I bought online because the store supply was depleted on the last day of the sale). They put me on a follow-up list that recorded my favorite candle styles, fragrances, accessories and promotions so I will be notified promptly when the sales begin. That is good customer service. I am now a regular customer and will continue to shop at their store.
