I honestly don't see how they can operate with the attitude that upper management /owners have on subjects such as new employees. and how they treat them. its horrible.

don't try to go to work for them as a operator, they will just work you for a couple of days in the warehouse delivering stuff etc which is ok . but then wham all the sudden they let you go and tell you they no longer need you because they think they are paying to much for you to be delivery driver and your not a fast enough operator to be considered a equipment operator after having over fifteen years exp under my belt. with certs. they just want someone they can pay cheap to get the job done and it does not matter about safety just speed.
