I just went in to Midas today to get my inspection done. The man at the front desk was Ryan (I believe) and was incredibly rude. He talked down to me because I hadn't come in at 8 a.m. like everyone else and stared at me like I had maybe one brain cell. He takes down to me and was so rude that I left without getting any work done. I will NEVER give any Midas store any business. Just go down the street to Valvoline where the workers are polite and don't mind answering any of your questions.

My review is based on 2 trips to this location. My frst trip was good, I needed a state inspection and an oil change. They did both, and were quite nice, and it was cheaper than I expected. The next time I went was because after they changed my oil the first time, my dad tried to change it and he couldn't get the plug out. They said they tried everything they could, and could not get it out, and that my only option was to get it drilled out and get a new oil pan for about $381. They blamed my dad, saying that he messed up the plug using the wrong tool, and said they were not liable. I got it fixed somewhere else...for $50, without having to buy a new oil pan.
