On a Tuesday night my wife and I had dinner. Nothing fancy about the decor, just comfortable. She had spaghetti and meatballs, I had chicken fried steak. Overall the food was good...not great...but good. And a great value for the money. Nice friendly waitress. The sides were good (mashed potatoes, cabbage, tossed salad). We will definitely go back. Probably breakfast time.

Although it can be hard to find the first time, this is a place you won't forget. A true cafe from back when. The food is fresh, stick to the bones, great tasting like Mom used to make. Although the place is always busy, they manage to get you seated quickly and the service is just as fast.

Great biscuits, yeast rolls, and cornbread. Salads, vegetables and fried chicken are very good also. Comfortable, with home cooking.

My family has been coming here for years. Friday's special, chicken and dressing, is our favorite. Good, clean, friendly fast service. Prices are great also.
