      We are located at Sam's Club in Lewisville, TX. Our entrance is just steps from the Club's exit. Main Street Eye Care specializes in family eye care, contact lens fittings and diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases. Our mission is to provide you and your family an exceptional experience in our office.
