Poor quality sod. Wrong type of sod. Poor customer service.
Informed them that the sod was not Celebration Bermuda. They insisted that it was. Many of the pieces were already brown; no blue-green color and no showing roots. Grass was not able to root. They blamed me for this and did not stand by their preferred installer who did a poor job of laying the sod. I would never recommend this company.

As a contractor for clients first landscape solutions, I've dealt with many sod suppliers throughout dfw. LTI has by far been the most friendly, knowledgeable, and hassle-free provider to date. I would definitely recommend.
