I really don't like it when I am promised the work will be done by a certain time and it's not done and then over and over again it's one excuse after another. They just don't follow through on there promises. Granted the work done was good but getting it done was a real pain. It may not be this way if it's a simple problem but with a major mechanical problem it's going to take a long time. I had a core deposit of $800 coming and I called and they said they received the money from Mercury and they would mail me a check. It's been over a week now and still no check. I'm going to call again today and see what happened to my check. I'm sure I'll get the runaround and promises that it will be mailed today but I'm already use to the broken promises. It will probably be a few more calls and a few more weeks before I see the check. I really don't like being treated this way. It's not the way to get return business. So forewarned.
