I have COPD and have been through the excellent pulmonary rehab program at Freedom Rehab. I was encouraged by the other patients, and the staff was supportive from the beginning. You may only be able to do very little, but improvement comes steadily. If your dr. refers you to a rehab program, consider Freedom Rehab. The staff will give you the help you need to feel better physically and mentally.
