Although they have a large selection of dresses, the customer service is awful. After I selected my dress, I continually had to follow up myself to check on the dress, the veil, the bridesmaid dresses, and other things I had ordered. Every time I walked in, I had to ask for help vs. being greeted and helped. In the business of working with brides during their happiest moments, this bridal store does not go out of their way. If you shop here, you can add additional follow up items to your already long "to do" list. I shopped at many stores in the DFW area before selecting my dress, and all the others had customer service as a priority.
