The extremely incompetent Tech at Comstrat attempted to repair my brand new Dell 15 T XP SIX times. I purchased the computer through Comstrat, which was a major mistake! They are neither honest nor do they stand behind their work. They didn't contact Dell when doing repairs so Dell won't replace a computer that has been in the shop for repairs 6 times in 5 months and need a new motherboard, new drivers, and more. The tech, Aaron, admitted yesterday that part of the problem was HIS fault, yet I was charged for his incompetent labor. He informed me that he could not check the computer's card reader without a SD card, so he went out and purchased one charging ME for a SD card I neither wanted nor needed! I was treated rudely by the staff and double billed by the office manager. I have utilized many businesses in my many years on earth, but THIS is truly the worst company with whom I have ever done business. Save yourself headaches, heartaches, and money and take your computer elsewhere for repairs. And whatever you do, don't purchase a $3,000 laptop from these people. You will regret it.
