I have been a customer for several years. I have always appreciated the work on my mower. However, over the past three weeks, I have paid them nearly $200,00 and my mower still does not work. In fact, it is much worst than when I first took it to be serviced. I feel that they unintentionally did some thing wrong which has caused my mower to un useable. I had considered purchasing a new mower from them, if had to replace my current mower, however, at this point I don't feel that they have been honest with me concerning the repairs that have been made.
