I called on 8/5/2016 at 12:29 pm and talked to a man who told me he wouldn't be able to look at my washer until sometime the next week. He eventually said he would come Monday. I called at 1:18 pm on Monday and talked to a woman who said the man was out and there wasn't anything in the "call" box so she took my info. When I told her it was an Electrolux she said Frigidaire so I repeated Electrolux, thinking she hadn't heard me correctly, and her response was "same thing, honey". She said the man was due back soon and she would have him call me. It has been a week and I still haven't received a call. I know I was anxious and confused when I called, if I was rude I apologize. I found a company that sent a technician the next day and repaired my washer. I hope you improve on your phone etiquette and understanding of customers.

Dave Albert came promptly and fixed my washer in minutes, the same day I called him. The fact that he arrived on his lunch hour and cheerfully set to work has made me a believer. You can't do better than Dave!

Some years ago I met Dave, by chance, in a parking lot near a rental property we own.

He was able to fix a coin-op dryer "on the spot".

The service has always been the best, and they don't mind selling me parts when I have the time...

Recently guided me to replacing a machine when I was predisposed to repair. Turned out to be a very good idea.

Dave made the initial contact with the dealer about models and such.

As luck would have it, it was my original dealer (Rozman) and the swap was seamless.

Allows me to do this by remote control.
