Olentangy Shanahan Middle School provides a range of educational programs in language arts, mathematics, social studies, science, music, health and physical education. It also offers elective courses in technology, art, world languages and consumer science. The school s mathematics courses cover data analysis, probability, algebra, geometry and measurements topics. Its science program provides information on the major branches of science, including life, earth and physical science. The school s social studies curriculum focuses on the contemporary cultures, governments and economies of Latin America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa. The school also encourages participation in various athletic activities, such as baseball, cheerleading, golf, cross country and basketball. Located in Lewis Center, Ohio, Olentangy Shanahan Middle School is a member of the Ohio High School Athletic Association.
