I have lived here over a year and love it! The town-homes have fire walls between them which helps immensely with the sound. The property is well maintained even in the winter months. The roads and sidewalks are kept cleared/salted. They have complementary rock salt for tenants as well. The property managers are great and take the time to talk with/listen to the tenants. No matter how small an issue it gets taken care of expeditiously. I had a laundry list of little/ minor things that needed fixed and maintenance came the next day to fix everything. Truly resort style living at it's best!
