i had a problem with carpenter ants. the techs came out and thru the process eliminated these pests.. the tech now comes once a quarter and does a thorough job.hes friendly and proffessional. He treats the areas with the problem and knows where and what to apply.Sometimes ,I have to request granules be put around the perimeter of the house, it seems it is not a routine . i have had no problems with customer service in my contacts with them.
