I started going here 2 years ago and I've given them a bunch of chances to redeem themselves, (hey, everyone is entitled to a bad day), but I always have the same experience and I'm changing vets today. I've worked in reception at several animal hospitals, and the first thing you learn is to smile and be helpful. The reception crew at Levittown Animal Hospital always appears to be miserable and inconvenienced by my visit and my phone calls are often unanswered. The tech staff shows a lot of dedication and love toward the animals and doctors are "fine" (not overly warm, but ok). However the reception staff is so grumpy, I've decided not to give them any more chances. There are plenty of other animal hospitals in the area that would be happy to get my business and show it.

Dr. Dennis Leon is available Wednesday through Saturday for appointments, and Dr. Mark Nunez is available Sunday through Tuesday.
