A Mind-body approach is at the heart of my work in RTT® Hypnotherapy (a novel approach to Hypnosis), Bach Flower Remedies, and Reiki in which you are the agent of your own healing. These modalities have the capacity to unveil root causes and bring balance, health, and wholeness to your entire system. Hypnosis, Flower Essences, and Reiki open the possibility for profound change in deeply felt, complex, acute or chronic, internal or external conditions and experiences. They are not magic.
