MOAB (Management of Aggresive Behavior) Certified and FACT(Fast Action Control Technique) restraint trained with background in hospital and mental health/drug observation setting. Our training and approach to every situation is "USE OF FORCE CONTINUUM" beginning with the most non-lethal option of communication to de-escalate the disruption and increase the amount of force without losing focus on the de-escalation; the ultimate goal of safety for all.
